Please note the above estimated postal times are a guideline & we cannot be held accountable for delays due to the delivery service. Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your Australia Post Tracking number. We are unable to change the shipping address once you receive these details.
Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. Parcels may be returned to us if re-delivery or collection is not arranged.
Any parcels that are returned to us, will encounter a $9 fee to cover the re-shipping cost. We will contact the email address provided to arrange this. If there is no correspondence after 7 days, a refund will be supplied less the return to sender fee of $9.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When your order reaches the destination country & clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track the parcel using the same tracking number approximately 3-5 days after it was supplied. Eg. USPS website for US orders.
Please note, SAINT VALENTINE is not responsible for any additional charges associated with international customs & taxes. Shipping is not available on Perfume items outside Australia.

DOMESTIC RETURNS - AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
We are pleased to offer FREE returns on full-priced items. Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your package.
Earrings cannot be returned due to health & safety regulations. We also are not able to accept returns for perfume and hair accessories. Refunds are not offered on sale items. Items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for an exchange (where possible) or store credit only (no refunds).
Items listed as 'final sale' in the product description cannot be returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international return shipping costs and responsibilities fall to the customer. We recommend returning your order with a tracking number and transit cover so that you are able to track your parcel.
We do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit on return to us. We also cannot refund international taxes and duties incurred in the event you wish to make a return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Contact Us - Email hello@saintvalentinejewellery.com with your order number, photos (if damaged) and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive Return Label - For returns within Australia & New Zealand, we will email you a free return label. For international returns, you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Package Your Return - Ensure the item(s) are unworn, in original packaging, and include the return form provided.
- Ship Your Return - Attach the return label (domestic) or your chosen courier’s label (international) to the package and send it back to us.
- Processing - Once we receive and assess your return, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as requested, as long as all requirements meet our return policy.
